About Compass Real Estate

      Compass Real Estate is a new Real Estate Company in Pattaya. Compass is owned and operated by partners who have established good reputations and operated successful businesses in Thailand going back nearly 20 years.

      Compass Real Estate Directors and shareholders are Laddawan Kaewhan and Rob Rowcett, the company has offices on Sukhumvit Road between South and Central Pattaya, over 500 sqm of office space with double frontage on the south bound side of the road.

      In 1985 Rob was Senior Negotiator of the Notting Hill Gate Office of March & Parson, one of Londons biggest Real Estate Agencies where he gained extensive experience of the London property market. Rob went on to set up and manage the Reptile House in Piccadilly London, a club aimed at the film industry. He later used the knowledge he had gained from his time in real estate and entertainment venue management and set up his own restaurant Chapel Lafayette in Fulham and later the Century Bar in Pimlico. He purchased and refurbished numerous properties in London from 1982-1997. Since 1997 he has set up various businesses in Thailand including Café des Amis and DIF Asia. Rob works on the basis of taking an idea and utilizing staff training and quality of customer service to create a business. Laddawan is also a partner in Silvermover a Pattaya based marketing company and previously operated a successful property lettings agency.
